Learnt a Few Things Today.
Learnt a few things today: that prunes
are prime movers;
hashi are chopsticks;
that sometimes the least visited blogs
are the most interesting
[ kudos to you, Don],
that it’s as good to stand up, clap, sing
& wave your body about as if you’re at
a rock concert,
& that endorphins are the sacrament
that a higher power has bestowed
on us mere mortals.
very nice.

nice things to learn. And quite varied! I know the word sacrament but even when I looked it up, I wasn’t quite sure I understood what it was you intended by it. But I know that endorphins make you feel good. :-). So maybe that’s enough.

it is enough 🙂 without our endorphins we’d be lost —

As usual, your poem boosts the endorphins! But, John, I wish you would credit your photos – they are so intriguing and I always wonder about their.origins and titles.

thank you:) I usually credit my photos, except when they’re old ones re-used and by then I’ve forgotten the source — but probably pinterest.com

you’re a one off, Don 🙂 interestingly, no one contested my statement that sometimes the most interesting blogs are the least visited —
