We’ve come to a quiet place
a harbor
beyond the squalls and storms
of yesterday
where nerves frayed
we tore each other’s hearts
away
a quiet place
a harbour
to berth our frail vessels
a good place to stay

I played the song. enjoyed it. ;loved the harmonies; yes, with spelling, I often slip between Standard English and American English; glad you enjoyed the poem after the dark freneticism of ‘You See Things’
